Centering on harmony with nature and communication with the region, the design is based on the following three key concepts: “Energy Gate”, “Green Gate”, and “Smart Hub”. With the first concept, Energy Gate, the company strives to become a new landmark in the region with an open image marching forward in the world. Green Gate is the second concept and it seeks to illustrate an excellent example of a low-carbon energy saving building. The third concept is Smart Hub, a space open to all local residents. We created a cultural hub that respects the characteristics of Tae-an, and evolves together with the region. The open square on the south illustrates the company’s eagerness to communicate with the region. The educational and cultural facilities located along the pedestrian entry axis are also shared to showcase the accessibility of the company.
