Technomart 21 complex consists of the business and its supportive facilities of the industry’s venture businesses, the distribution center dedicated to S/W and H/W, and the retail and distribution facilities and their service facilities. Horizontal and vertical circulations are separated according to the functions, and the plan is configured so that the complex functions are clearly separated from each other while remaining within an overall unity. The 39-storied office building is finished in glass to enhance transparency along the Han River, reducing the intrusion into its surroundings.
