International Vaccine Institute The International Vaccine Institute has been established jointly by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the Republic of Korea and Seoul National University. The mass of the International Vaccine Institute is divided into three blocks according to the functions of administration, research and production, arranged along the axis of the land on the hillside of the Gwanak Mountain.
