The KOPTI complex consists of three blocks: the Head Office / Business Incubator Center houses the administrative functions; the Foundational Facility performs the functions of research, development, test production, processing and certification; and the Research Production Facility is devoted to building up of the infrastructure of the photonics industry. In order to maintain each of these three functions independent from each other within its own zone, the areas are arranged in the order of public, semi-public and private, unfolding successively from the public to the private.
