BK Tower Munjeong urban development zone is an area with repetitive monotonous horizontal townscape due to height restriction of flight safety zone and mega-plot dividing. Since the area was mostly developed as knowledge industry center due to legal restraint and stakes of business owners, the project demanded design which differentiates and harmonizes with surrounding mega- scale buildings.

BK Tower is a project to gather formerly scattered info-communication affiliates such as ShinHeung Telecom, KRTnet Corporation, BK Holdings, etc. Lighting box and sunlight panels are crosses in the facade to represent the identity of info- communication company building. Lighting box which functions at night and sunlight panels which functions at daytime put together, they formed an ironic and symbolic structure.
