The Innovation HACCP pilot zone, which is an important facility among various experimental research facilities, is equipped with advanced equip- ment and utilities that can be manufactured in small quantities in order to inves- tigate consumer reactions in future product development stages. It is designed to be a comfortable and safe space where both production and research are possible. In addition, the center received LEED V4 GOLD award for the first time among Korean Food Lab by taking into account the characteristics of laboratories that use a lot of energy, by actively utilizing sunlight, geothermal heat, ice heat storage, excellent processing systems, etc.
