HYUPJIN SHIPPING Headquarters Building The HYUPJIN SHIPPING Headquarters Building is located near a station area adjacent to Teheran-ro, which is 200m away from Gangnam Station. The main design direction is to provide an office design that can generate profits through leasing, except for a part of the headquarters, by finding out the maximum area that can be built on a site in the middle of the downtown area, where there are many legal restrictions.

The identity of the global shipping company is realized through the clean and light grid that embodies a container of a large freighter. The open and bright glass surfaces of the two-story high outdoor transition zone catch the eyes of downtown pedestrians.
