(EQUINIX SL2x) As the first hyperscale data center in South Korea by EQUINIX, a global digital infrastructure company,
it was designed in accordance with EQUINIX Global Design Guidelines.
The entire designs were carried out using FULL BIM, and it was successfully completed with the goal of achieving
zero clash detection across all trades.
The project aims were to maximize land use through the utilization of the maximum building coverage ratio
and floor area ratio based on the district unit plan of the Hyangdong district,
implement mitigation measures for the impact on civil complaints and the environment, introduce renewable energy and maximize energy efficiency, and ensure safety by strengthening seismic design standards and securing disaster safety measures.
