By combining a variety of housing units with unique tower designs, a natural sky-line has been created that harmonizes with the surrounding nature. Also a major gateway building near the entrance emphasizes the open views while terrace houses create a unique impression to visitors. Within the complex, the pedestrian network utilizes piloti spaces formed by the residential buildings to create a natural walkway with clear separation between vehicular circulations for maximum safety. With clear focus on creating a sustainable complex with energy efficiencies, the harmonious setting between buildings and nature have created a new form of residential complex that caters to modern lifestyles.
