The goal was to create a new image for the facility while remaining within the overall image of Busan, while making use of the structure already constructed as well as achieving structural stability. The existing structural framework for the lower floors is retained, and the guest rooms in the upper floors are completely separated. Waves and diagonal lines are used as the design elements for the elevation.
