Human Resources Development Service of Korea HQ The new headquarters building for Human Resources Development Service of Korea (HRD) has been designed to be relocated to Ulsan, one of Korea's most industrialized cities. As a core organization that develops and manages human resources with focus in areas of qualification, workforce employment support, overseas employment support and global cooperation, the new HQ building has been designed to cater to various demands.

Utilizing the site’s natural height differences, various facilities were located with maximum accessibilities & openness. Open plaza and outdoor facilities have been designed for flexibility in usages and to enable various events to take place. The tower building is designed with a unique facade pattern that symbolizes the harmony between human resources & the business communities. With focus on sustainability & energy efficiency, the new HQ building will become a new landmark of Ulsan.
