A long horizontal form creates a strong transparent datum representing the fair standards and guidelines that serve as the foundation for the organization. The openness and unrestrained nature of the spaces help to provide a sense of openness and comfort for visitors. The interweaving stone and glass pattern on the building envelope represents the work of the organization, trusted by the citizens for its consistency and stability. The new design for the Korea Appraisal Board Headquarters will provide a world class facility that demonstrates the organization’s dedication to exercising fair and proper judgment in South Korea.
