The building has various cultural facilities and programs for tourists around the world, with clearly divided circulation. In addition to accommodation, other programs include the grand banquet hall, and restaurants. The restaurant and commercial facilities lie along the pedestrian road, while the themed rooms are designed to increase privacy through a middle corridor. The elevation reveals the function of the hotel as well as the symbolism through the contemporary yet classical exterior design.
