As the main purpose of the building is boarding, the dorm sections were arranged orthogonally for the resi- dent’s privacy. On the other hand, public spaces such as the lobby and hall were located near the large streets for everyone’s easy accessibility, so that various events may take place. Building composed of simple and warm bricks is expected to become a comfortable refuge and immersive research space for outstanding individuals who will visit from Korea and abroad.
