Daechi III I-park The land is located on the road south of Teheran-ro. Three sides are attached to narrow roads with a width of 4 to 8 m, and the other side is the land used for en- try of the vehicle. After installing the shared passage for pedestrians & vehicles and public plot, available site became more narrowed and elongated. Architects planned a narrow mass to match the shape of the ground. Also commercial facil- ities were planned on the lower floors & first basement floor, while the residential office was planned on the fourth floor and above.

The key was to create compact core and a highly efficient plan. The exterior maintains the design continuity with the elements of the existing Daechi 2-cha i-park which is right next to the building. It was elaborated with decorative elements, making a differentiated one by using harmonious material palette of ivory stones and aluminums.
