Wirye 2nd I-PARK Mixed-use Located in the new city of Wuyang District in Seoul, this project proposes active and creative architectural solutions for the transit mall, a key new city area. First, I planned a mall-type shopping street that consecutively connected with the surrounding area and considered the pedestrian gaze, and produced a variety of mass segments and street scenes, a straight line for convenient convenience, and a walking street that I want to walk in a stand-alone shopping street.

I considered my wind route as a priority to be an energy saving residential space. He has created a changeable skyline considering human scale with various height of downtown. Shopping districts and residential areas completely separated the copper line, outer space, and underground parking lot, ensuring the privacy of the residence and promoting the convenience of shopping malls.
The transit mall side applied the human scale-oriented detail to the gardens in order to activate the walking street. In particular, the low-rise dwellings emphasized the stacked-up facade elements while borrowing some finishing materials from the mall to produce an integrated landscape with the mall. The urban road side was planned to have the same base end finish for continuous landscape design, and the core design integrated with the roof was applied so that the verticality was emphasized.
